HI. does not collect, store, or transmit your personal data. The browser extension runs zero AI, zero tracking, and zero analytics. Your browsing history stays on your device.
The HI. browser extension checks the domain of the website you're visiting against our scoring API to display a HI Grade™. The only network request is a domain lookup (e.g., "apple.com") to our API at api.thehibalance.org. No cookies, no user identifiers, no browsing history, and no personal information are transmitted.
The website at thehibalance.org does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. Search queries are processed by our API and are not logged or stored. The "Request HI Grade" form uses Formspree to collect company name and optional email — Formspree's privacy policy applies to that data.
From the extension: Nothing. Zero data collection.
From the website: Only what you voluntarily submit through the Request HI Grade form (company name, optional email).
From the API: No request logging. No IP tracking. Rate limiting is handled in-memory and not persisted.

HI. does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. The extension will always remain zero-tracking.
